About Us



*Rates are subject to currency fluctuations, airfare increases, airline schedule changes and tariff adjustments.
*Quotes are valid for 24 hours only.
*Prices are only guaranteed upon full payment.
*An amendment fee of R50-00 is applicable for any amendments once bookings are confirmed.
*A 10% deposit should be made once all is confirmed thereafter final payment is due immediately.
*Bookings can be made over the phone, but payment may never be taken over the phone.
*Payment method can be cash. Bank guaranteed cheques or bank deposits. All major credit cards are accepted.

Cash & Electronic Funds Transfer


EFT’s save time and effort and can be done in the comfort of your office.
1. Fax your confirmation of the transfer to Delightful Destinations
2. The bank can take up to 2 working days to clear payment and in cases of International payments up to 10 days. Documents will be released once the funds are showing in Delightful Destinations account.

Kindly make payment to the following bank account and insert the booking number as payment reference:

Credit Card Payments

Delightful Destinations requires the following documentation:
1. A signed and validated Standard Credit Card Charge Form as well as copies of the front and back of the credit card to be faxed through and the originals to be forwarded  to Delightful Destinations Documents will not be released until the original CCCF  is received.
2. A copy of the card holders ID Document or Passport (Drivers Licenses not acceptable)
3. The agent acknowledges that the card has been signed and has confirmed that the signature on the card is the same as that on the Credit Card Charge Form.


Cheques Payment

Cheques are no longer a convenient and safe means of payment.
1. There is a 7 working day waiting period in order for the cheque to clear. Documents will be released once the cheque has cleared.
2. Fax the deposit slip with the Booking Confirmation form.
3. Should you need the documents sooner, we will accept a bank cheque issued by your bank itself which must be delivered to us.
